Burleson County COPS4KIDS Scholarship Application Form
Eligibility Requirements – This scholarship is available to any Burleson County High School
Senior (Caldwell, Snook, Somerville) who will be enrolled full-time at a university, college,
technical, or vocational school during the school year 2022-2023.
Applicants are evaluated based on scholarship achievements, school and community activities,
employment, and financial need.
This application must be completed as accurately as possible. Some items may not apply in your
case, if so, please mark it as N/A.
Directions – Please type or print all information requested and submit by April 1, 2022. All
information submitted must be on 8.5 X 11 paper. Use only one side of the application form
and other paper submitted.
